* Confirmed order cannot be cancelled / returned or refunded .

Order Correction / Changes
* Any name spelling mistakes made while placing the order can be changes by connecting with us through WhatsApp / email within 4 hrs of placing the order.
* No amendments will be done after 4 hours post placing the order.

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 3-4 working days other than Return Favours, Planners and Photobooks . Since we do custom products so tracking details will be available once the dispatch has been scheduled.

Delivery FAQ’s

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days, while expedited or express shipping can deliver within 1-3 business days.

Can I track my package?
Yes, You can usually track your package on the carrier's website or through the provided tracking link.

What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your package is experiencing a delay, it's best to first check the tracking information to see if there are any updates or estimated delivery times provided. Sometimes, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If the package doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, contact the shipping carrier or the sender for further assistance.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
No, Once the order is dispatched from our office, we have no control to change the delivery address.

What happens if I'm not home to receive the package?
If you are not home during the delivery attempt, the carrier will usually leave a delivery notification or attempt redelivery on another day. In some cases, the package may be left with a neighbor or held at a local delivery facility for pickup. Check the delivery notification or tracking information for more details.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
We try our best to meet the delivery time requests But IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO GUARANTEE such delivery. Some items cannot be produced on short notice....also once a package leaves our office, we cannot control or direct courier delivery. Please note carefully the production time listed on product pages before placing your order and in case there is no mention, please connect with us to check before placing urgent orders.

My package shows as "delivered," but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If the package status shows as "delivered," but you haven't received it, first double-check with Family members.  Sometimes, delivery notifications may be updated prematurely. If you still can't locate your package, contact the shipping carrier and the seller to report the issue.
